The offer includes the main building with a shop and bistro, canopies, storage tanks, paved areas, technical infrastructure and the rest-area land. The rest-area structure is part of the D48 motorway and stands on the plot being sold, no. 1093/10.
Potential compensation for use of the land
The Czech Road and Motorway Directorate (ŘSD) uses plot no. 1093/10 beneath the motorway rest area. According to the seller, its ownership may give the future owner a potential claim for compensation for use without a contract. This could increase income beyond MOL rent but is not included in the stated annual income or gross yield.
